Want a phone guestbook too?

Use a recommended recorder phone you buy yourself (our tested pick and link are coming soon). After the event, plug it into your computer and use Import from your phone on your dashboard: the recordings join your guestbook and your show. Premium also ships a printed Event Kit, a stand-up sign with your names and QR code, after you approve a proof. Order Premium at least 2 weeks before your event for the kit to arrive.

Our remake guarantee.

Cancel before your first guest message and we refund you in full. Once messages are in, we remake your special and video show up to three times until you’re happy. If we fail to deliver, we refund you in full. Downloads unlock when you approve your show, or automatically 14 days after delivery.

The printed Event Kit is made to order. Once you approve the proof it can’t be refunded, but we reprint any kit that arrives damaged. Full details in our terms.

Before you decide

What if we don’t love it?

Cancel before your first guest message and we refund you in full. Once messages are in, we remake your special and video show up to three times. If we fail to deliver, we refund you in full. Downloads unlock when you approve your show, or automatically 14 days after delivery.

What if only a few guests leave a message?

Your special is built from whatever comes in, short or long, and the price is the same. The things that help most: the QR sign on every table, the link in your invitation or group chat, and a prompt on the sign so guests know what to say.

Is it worth it over a paper guestbook?

A paper book gets a signature and “Congrats!!”. A voice message gets the story, the laugh and the voice itself, produced into something you’ll actually play again. You can try it free before you decide.

Do guests need an app?

No. They scan the QR code or tap your link and record right in their phone’s browser, on iPhone or Android. Guests can also call a phone number and leave a message after the tone.

Do you change what guests said?

No. We trim dead air, even out the volume and put the messages in order. Every guest voice stays real and is never re-worded or re-voiced. The host between messages is an AI voice that doesn’t imitate anyone.

When can guests leave a message?

From the day you sign up. Your guestbook stays open until 14 days after your event, and you can change the dates on your dashboard (up to 28 days after).

How fast do we get it?

Your link and sign go live in about three minutes. After the event, press Produce: your special usually arrives in 24 to 72 hours, and we email you when it’s ready. Press Make my video show for your video show; it usually arrives in 24 to 72 hours too.

Can I leave messages out?

Yes. Hide any message from the special on your dashboard before you press Produce. It stays in your Full Collection, and you choose which message opens and which closes the show.

Do we own the recordings?

Yes. They’re yours. You can stream a preview as soon as the show is ready. Downloads unlock when you approve your show, or automatically 14 days after delivery. Your guestbook stays online for 12 months after your event; we email reminders at 10 and 11 months, then delete it. You can extend hosting for $29 a year.

Who can hear it?

Only you and anyone you share your private dashboard or listening link with.

Can we try it first?

Yes. Leave a free test message and hear it come back as a short produced clip. No sign-up, and your recording stays on your device.

What occasions do you support?

What is iPad kiosk mode?

Set your own iPad on a stand and guests record a video message right there: tap Start, record up to a minute, then tap Send. Every video lands in your dashboard. You bring the iPad, a stand and a charger, and we send a setup guide. It’s included with both plans.

Can we use a guestbook phone?
